Amy Applebaum, Inc. (the “Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), takes the privacy of our members and users very seriously. To that end we have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California for any cause of action arising under this Privacy Policy. If any portion of this Privacy Policy is deemed unenforceable, unlawful or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that portion of the Privacy Policy will be deemed severable and will not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining portions of this Privacy Policy.
